Sunday Camp

SIT Football runs a Sunday camp available to players of all ages 7 to 18, elementary, junior high and high school. Our coaches are some of the best in the area and have a passion for training young athletes. Our camp focus on general and position specific skills and includes  a variety of training that includes:

  1. Film study
  2. Position training
  3. Speed and Agility
  4. Footwork
  5. Mobility
  6. 7-on-7 scrimmages
Here our athletes build camaraderie, pride, team unity and self confidence.

Speed and Conditioning

SIT Football offers Speed and Conditioning programs throughout various parts of the off-season. Our Speed and Conditioning program is designed for players of all ages and focuses on the following:

  1. Footwork
  2. Explosive
  3. Closing speed
  4. Top-end speed
  5. Mobility
Our Speed and Conditioning athletes have shown vast improvements in their 40 yd times and their speed and reaction on the field.

Individual Position Training

SIT Football has a variety of coaches that have experience playing and coaching at the highest levels of the game. During our 1-on-1 training sessions our athletes learn:

  1. Position specific technique

  2. Position specific skills

  3. Position specific mind-set

  4. General football knowledge

Our 1-on-1 training is the best in the area, our athletes consistently deliver on the field.


Boot-Camp

SIT Football offers conditioning boot-camps as a separate program and incorporated into our Speed and Conditioning program. Our don't bend, don't break philosophy pushes trainees past the point of fatigue and builds the stamina and endurance required of them in their sports. Boot-Camp focus is on:

  3. Hustle
  4. Perseverance
  5. Internal drive & motivation
